Reassuring to know we now have updated wills
My wife and I would like to thank Lucy and her team for all their help and advise in writing our wills and making us feel welcome when visiting the office. It had been over fifty years ago that we produced our first wills and we were both delighted to find the whole process this time was very professional and formative but in a very friendly and understandable way. I would very happily recommend and happily use Lucy again but trust that it will not be necessary. Thank you.

We found the service we received was always friendly and efficient. Also communication was prompt. It’s fair to say our sale of a lease property was beset with challenges and therefore the process was lengthy and therefore costly.

We used BWK on recommendation and Abigail Freeman dealt with our house sale and purchase. Friendly, approachable and professional, she kept us updated weekly and face to face meetings when we needed support. We had some challenges that were not the “norm”which she dealt with efficiently.
