We hadn’t moved for 38 years so the prospect of buying and selling was daunting. However, Joanne’s professional and impeccable service meant any stress was reduced to a minimum. She responded quickly to any queries and we were always kept up to date on progress. Until now, and after at least 7 house sales and purchases, I have literally never used a conveyancing solicitor I could recommend. Having now used Joanne at BWK on two separate occasions for a sale and purchase I have nothing but praise for the service she’s provided - everything is made clear, communication is excellent and all fees are detailed from the start. Buying and selling property is often really stressful and in my experience has always been made worse by the conveyancing solicitor involved, but with Joanne the opposite was true and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Joanne and BWK were incredibly supportive and totally amazing though our disaster of an attempted sale and purchase which fell through twice and needed various deed updates and changes. Joanne is an absolute hero and we're forever grateful to (eventually) be in a wonderful home. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Joanne was very responsive - I could always either get through to her on the phone or would receive a prompt response to an email or voicemail message. I never felt that I was being rushed off the phone. Joanne was definitely the easiest person to deal with of all the conveyancers I've used so far and I would recommend her and BWK.

We both would like to thank Lorraine Wilde & BWK Solicitors for their thoroughly professional handling of the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home which was completed on January 15 2020. The initial cost quotation was clear and there were no unpleasant surprises - in fact the final cost was slightly lower.
