Will dispute
I can highly recommend Forbes solicitor’s my case was dealt with by Sarah Corbridge, who was very helpful throughout the process. I was kept up to date with everything, Sarah was vey professional and gave us very sound advice.

Will contesting
Amazing people to work with , kept me up to date with everything , very professional, advised us the best way to deal with things , we have never had to have solicitors for anything so had no clue about it all , everything was explained in details that we understood , would highly recommend them , so grateful for all they did .

Not brilliant not even great I'd say ok but would try others
Originally these solicitors seemed good but they were very unprofessional with their systems and demanded huge amounts upfront which I thought was extreme and unnecessary in the end they wouldn't pursue, tried to resolve the issue but very difficult staff not fully trained to deal with the Public.

A heartfelt thank you
I first contacted Forbes in June 2021, I was assigned to Tom Howcroft who called to start the process gathering specific information regarding the property dispute. Throughout the process, Tom was faced with unimaginable hurdles from the opposition to which he responded quickly and accordingly! Tom was always available via email or phone however if for whatever reason he wasn't, an automated email would always be attached or a message would be left and he would contact me back at his earliest convenience. As previously said, the process started in June 21 and completed today (13th May 22) the turn around from the frim has been astronomical considering the case was extremely complicated. Towards the final stages of the dispute I was recommended a further solicitor to complete the transfer, Aamir Dahya who again is an asset to the firm! Aamir introduced herself via email explaining the next steps and cost before proceeding, again always available via email or phone. Today I received the email I longed for, the transfer is now complete! I would like to take this opportunity once again to thank the frim but specifically Tom Howcroft and Aamir Dahya for their continued efforts and consistency in my case! I hope to not require the firm again but without question I know who I would contact!

Excellent service in every way
From the beginning and from first contact, Tom Howcroft at Forbes stood well above any other firms that I approached: Responsive, respectful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, clear and helpful in every way. The whole process of my claim was handled efficiently and also with clarity & transparency from the outset regarding costs. Clear requests for relevant & necessary information were well communicated, and therefore supplied & delivered to present a strong & legitimate case. At all times throughout the year up to Mediation, Tom was there to answer any questions & queries, and to prepare me for the process. Mediation Agreement was achieved, and the funds delivered to my bank on the due date.
All-round excellent.

No win no fee success.
I was the joint beneficiary in an intestate estate where the other beneficiary was the appointed Administrator. I sought help from 17 other solicitors/companies and none were willing to help without me paying on an ongoing basis which I could not afford.

Contentious Wills- Extremely good
Tom at Forbes was extremely good. He explained the complexity of the case, the chances of success and was always available for advice. Thanks to him we obtained an out of court settlement and righted a wrong, which is always a good thing. I could not be happier with Forbes.
