House selling and purchase
We have found Sobia very efficient and professional. She prompts us of to do's. Communicates clearly and effectively and passes on correspondence as we ask her to. We have had a tricky lease to negotiate, with a missing paper for land registry, and she has been able to communicate to our buyers solicitors effectively and coherently. We would highly recommend Sobia at Themis Lawyers to get the job done and do it well.

Property purchase
I used Themis lawyers a couple of times and most recently for my home purchase. The service I had from Sobia was exceptional.
