There in times of need
I approached Charlotte from Welland Valley Legal on the death of my wife. It was a difficult time: I was fraught, emotional, overwhelmed and in need of calm, considered advice. My previous legal firm were, frankly, shoddy and I wanted to jettison them. What a refreshing contrast Charlotte was. She listened to my requests and counselled wisely about what was possible and what was inadvisable. Everything was explained with clarity and acted upon with impressive organisation. I was totally confident Charlotte was on the case and acting in my interests. Also, with refreshing contrast to my previous legal firm, appointments were kept and Charlotte was always on time. Emails were responded to almost at once and the tone adopted was polite but never stuffy or impersonal. Legal costs were accurately projected. There were no surprises and no ambiguity. From a firm of solicitors certain adjectives ought to be attached: professional, knowledgeable, efficient, diligent, tenacious, articulate, convincing, reassuring, dependable … my experience with Charlotte was that all those attributes were met with ease. I am happy to have used her services and equally happy to recommend her to others.
