Conveyancing
I dealt with Yemi Sogbetun at Wykeham-hurford. He was efficient and conscientious leaving no stone unturned.
It is important to me to be able to call into the office, I have had a number of bad experiences with 'on line' companies. It was a joy to be able to walk to Wykeham-hurford offices from my home. Local conveyancers are the way to go as far as I am concerned.
My partner and I will be using Yemi again when we are ready to market our existing property.

Highly recommended
After having a bad experience with an 'online only' solicitor offered by the bank, we decided to look for someone local. Time was very pressing as the remortgage deal was about to expire in two months and interest rates have doubled in the meanwhile. Yemi has been fantastic during the whole remortgaging process, making the process simple and straightforward. He is very competent, calm and will explain carefully each step of the process. He also has great communication skills: receiving an answer to your emails within hours when you are going through a stressful process is just priceless. We cannot recommend him enough.
