Wonderful service from Stephensons.
Stephensons took care of legal side during the recent sale of my late mum's property.
Combined with it being the first time I have been a seller plus the emotional side of things I couldn't have asked for better service. They (Gillian and Kate) were professional, caring and informative and I had no hesitation in asking advice. I would certainly recommend Stephensons to friends and family in the future.

First class solicitors
Kate and Gillian at Stephensons have been brilliant throughout the process of my house sale. Last min sale

Flat Sale
Kate Williams was very helpful and responsive when assisting with the sale of our property. We had a difficult buyer and Kate was very tenacious in trying to resolve the various issues that arose and very patient when the buyer's behaviour caused rework for her. We are very grateful and would definitely recommend!
