Professional and thorough family law solicitor.
Melanie became my solicitor when she 'inherited' me from a colleague who moved on and seamlessly got into the driving seat, handling my case with professionalism and confidence. I admire her skill in negotiating large ego's without aggravating situations.

Helped me when i was at my lowest , Couldn’t see a way through the fog
Divorce is hard and Melanie is a professional cuts away all the rubbish and helps you and guilds you through a difficult and emotional process, It’s the best money I’ve spent , if your car isn’t working go to a mechanic , if you’re unwell go to a doctor , if your going through a divorce go to Melanie Wood , shout out to to Coral and the property team Thank you and good luck the futures bright (I’ve gotta wear shades )

Conveyancing & Family Law
I instructed Cygnet Law, to undertake two seprate conveyancing matters and a family law matter (which would all run simultaneously). There was great communication from start to finish, Danielle & Melanie and the team were professional throughout and kept me updated during the full process. Very professional and honest throughout
This was a very hard process for myself and sometimes let my emotions get the better of me. Mel, on the other hand was great, firm and assertive with clear instructions. Communication was great, very fast replies and updates.

Child arrangement order
I had an issue where my sons mother was stopping me from seeing my child and was accused wrongly of harming my child , this was the second time I have used cygnet law for help , Zakia Hussain and Melanie Wood couldn’t have been more helpful throughout my case , very professional and I had no doubt and no worry knowing they could sort out my problems , I am very thankful for the service provided by Zakia , Melanie and the cygnet law team I would fully recommend them to anyone as within 7/8 months of not seeing my son I now have regular contact again and a court order to back it up ,, if I have any problems in the future I will 100% be giving them a call to help
