Fraser graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2013 with an LL.B. Honours degree before deciding to spend some time working and traveling abroad. Fraser returned to The University of Edinburgh in order to complete the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice which he obtained in 2017, with distinction. After completing his traineeship with 2 very well-respected law firms situated in Edinburgh, he moved to Fife shortly after qualifying and worked with a reputable law firm in Kirkcaldy before joining us. Starting out as a member of our Conveyancing team in our Dundee branch, Fraser was made Partner in early 2023. Fraser offers advice to clients in connection with Conveyancing matters, including purchase and sale residential transactions, as well as re-mortgage and equity release cases. Fraser also assists clients with Estate Planning and the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney. He also deals with Executries and the creation and administration of Trusts. Fraser is a Full Member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP). Away from the office, Fraser enjoys playing tennis, football and tackling the odd Munro with his wife and their border collie.
