Andrew assisted me in selling my leasehold property. The communication was clear from the beginning how i would be charged. Easy and smooth process. Andrew worked really hard to get the exchange date and completion done with as little stress as possible for me. I couldn't thank him enough. Receptionist also very kind and professional. Highly recommended.

Being fairly new to Hereford, I asked a friend to recommend a good solicitor; he said Andrew Johnson was the best. He is surely right! My wife and I needed to gift/transfer a property to our son. To a layman, this seems a simple matter. However, since our son's mortgage lender needs to be fully satisfied, to all intents and purposes it appears to be the same as a sale/purchase. Andrew handled the matter superbly from start to finish: his communications were always timely and clear, and he kept us informed throughout. Unfortunately, this was not the case with our son's solicitors, who on several occasions asked him for the same information more than once, and caused numerous delays. Andrew dealt with them admirably, responding quickly, politely and firmly. Because of this, completion took longer than it should have, but thanks to Andrew's timely actions, it was just in time. My wife and I are most grateful to him and his colleagues.

So nice to deal with a firm who are polite, responsive, competent and communicative. Found our solicitor very open, practical and easy to deal with. Previously I have found house purchases to be much more of a drama but with our solicitor, it was professionally managed with expertise, but always delivered in a way that it was easy to understand, supportive and friendly,
