Do Not Hire This Solicitor!
Hiring Sarah as our solicitor when buying a new property nearly caused us to lose the house. She was responsive at first engagement, and until we made the downpayment. After that, we could not get hold of her, and our Mortgage Brokers could not find her or her practice in the Lenders’ panel. Sarah was unresponsive, never available, and rude on the phone and on email with both us, our mortgage brokers, and our realtor. She refused to send us a detailed bill of her services when we seized service and ghosted us during the most important phase of the buying process. That, toppled with constant typos and mistakes on email, and a shaddy office practice seemingly unrecognised by one of the UK major lenders, made Sarah and her firm an absolute nightmare to work with. In the end, we were forced to change solicitors and never saw our money back.
