We had what turned out to be a fairly complex and drawn out house purchase. Zoe was fantastic in her attention to detail and ensuring that essential queries were sorted out to her satisfaction. This has undoubtedly saved us from some nasty surprises later down the road when we come to sell. Zoe was lovely to work with throughout and was always available to answer our queries and to chase the other parties side as needed. I purchased a new build property completing on March 31st 2025 supported by Zoe Olender and i sold my property on 30 September 2025 supported by Matthew Forrester. I was guided during both processes and kept fully informed using the JB Gass software that was simple enough for me to master. The daily digest ensures clients are fully informed at every stage of the purchase and selling procedures. I am very happy living in my new home and don't foresee another move anytime soon but should my circumstances change i wouldn't hesitate to approach JBGass.
