    UK Work VISA

    We instructed LF Legal to handle our company's UK immigration work: the Skilled Worker sponsor licence, followed by Skilled Worker visas for two senior members of the team. Luba Wilson ran the whole engagement from late 2024 through to the visa grants in August 2025. Luba was thorough at every stage — she met us in person to map out the process, flagged requirements we would otherwise have got wrong, tracked the Certificate of Sponsorship deadline, prepared and uploaded the full application bundle, and arranged a priority biometric appointment with a clear checklist for the day. When the Home Office ran well past its standard decision time, she was proactive and candid, kept our finance team updated, and escalated with a formal complaint when it was needed. Once the visas were granted she followed through on the eVisa setup and right to work checks. Fast, clear communication and transparent fees throughout. I would recommend Luba and LF Legal without hesitation to any business sponsoring overseas talent.
