Jasmine joined Wolferstans in November 2022 and works in our Business Services department. Jasmine obtained a degree from Newcastle University in Politics and History in 2019 whilst also completing several modules at Newcastle Law School. This enabled her to gain a deeper understanding of the nature of law, legal institutions and substantive private law. Jasmine appreciates the importance of law and regulation in business and commerce and has developed vast commercial awareness through the prism of law. Prior to this, she had completed a number of placements in law firms which gave an insight into sectors such as; real estate, clinical negligence, dispute resolution and corporate law. Jasmine has also worked for companies such as Microsoft and The Chamber of Commerce after graduation in which she has gained long-lasting working relationships with a multitude of client companies throughout the UK. Outside of work Jasmine likes to write about global environmental governance and policy in her spare time as well as walking, hiking, cooking and listening to podcasts.

From start to finish Josh, Luke and Jasmine were communicative, extremely professional and incredibly supportive. I would regularly be in contact with Luke to have something explained or clarified and he always did that with good grace, understanding AND patience! It never felt like a chore. The team made what could have been stressful and anxious process, straight forward, friendly and it truly felt like they were part of our team and 'in our corner'.

Professional with excellent customer care & communication
We sold our large family run business through Joshua Chauhan and his team at Wolferstans. From our very first meeting through to completion their dedicated and professional approach gave us the confidence we had made the right choice. During the entire transaction we were kept updated and informed and nothing was missed. Joshua's attention to detail and dedication, along with his teams hard work made the whole process much easier than we anticipated. Personally I don't think there is a better corporate team in the south west that we could have chosen.

We felt that Josh and the team were extremely professional and helpful.Although this turned out to be a difficult sale, not once did we feel that the team were not in control of the situation.it was a pleasure to deal with all of them.
