Services related to a 10 year commercial lease.
I made contact with Baldwin and Robinson Law at the begining of March 2025. I had been looking for a local law firm to represent Creative Designs Kitchens Ltd in matters related to a new lease for a commercial property in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent. We were Initially working with a lawyer called Emma Kennedy who left the practice in May 2025. We then experienced a small lapse in communication until Simon Robinson took control of our file. Simon and the team worked tirelessly with us over the coming months to provide the required documentation and correspondence to the Landlords lawyers and to answer all of our questions no matter how trivial they may have seemed. There were a few items within the proposed lease that required a diplomatic approach and with the help of Baldwin and Robinsons we were able to get agreed. The lease was signed and the keys handed over on 31 October 2025. We are now trading from our new premises and would like to thank Simon and the wider team at Baldwin and Robinson law for all their help. The new premises are a game changer for Creative Designs Kitchens Ltd and are very much a big part of the business' future.
