I Was made to feel welcome the moment I arrived. Grace Webster saw me promptly and although I had written down my intentions she went through it thoroughly, making copious notes in order to ensure that the will fully met with my wishes. She communicated well throughout the whole process both during the initial consultation, throughout the preparation of the will and until the will was signed and stored securely. Her initial draft showed that she had not only listened to me but her done her own research on my requests. The draft was presented promptly and only required a couple of very minor amendments. I felt this was excellent service. I have used Bryan and Armstrong in the past and would not hesitate to use them again.

I don't usually leave reviews but feel compelled to inform others of the outstanding service received from B&A l.. The guidance was second to none.. I think our solicitors name was Grace..
I've had bad experiences with solicitors before and was expecting the same..
I was totally impressed with these guys.
We were actually booked in for an hours consultation but got told halfway through "if we get this document signed in the next couple of minutes, I'll be able to just charge you for just the half hour"
What absolute class..
Please tell all your friends about these guys.. Well impressed..

A great service, all staff excellent. If they wasn't sure of a question I asked they found out straight away and explained it all very well. I would definitely go back. Thank you so much for an easy ride to making a Will and making me feel happy in the decisions I wanted to make.
