Marcella - Litigation and Dispute resolution Solicitor
Marcella is a very professional, highly competent and empathetic lawyer in handling litigation and dispute resolution matters. From the very start, she was engaging and very pragmatic in dealing with the more esoteric matters of my case. Good legal review
We were surprised to receive a letter out of the blue from a liquidator, making claims against myself and others.Marcella handled the matter beautifully.Prepared our defence, held a meeting to see if agreement could be reached, which was not.
She then instructed a barrister,and was able to attack the liquidator on a number of fronts.
The liquidator after 2 years realised there would be no easy pickings, and disappeared ,.

WON A TWENTY EIGHT YEAR OLD SEEMINGLY UNWINNABLE FRAUD CASE
Marcella Cox at Vymans is the best solicitor and only solicitor I would want to work with or recommend to anyone moving forward. Not only is she amazingly calm and reassuring, she can see the bigger picture quicker than anyone else and is fast with options no other lawyer will think of. Marcella is honest and lays out the clients options in an easy to understand manner ; she does not trump up any hidden charges, speak in pretentious terms and she is always there for her clients both as a friend and a professional. The after care once judgement is given - is second to none. My father was fighting a case of property deed deception from 1996 which tens of other lawyers were stumped on. They were also terrified of the "brick walls" and letters sent by unaccountable institutions also caught up in the crime but failing to investigate. After 27 years Marcella won the case in a clear, concise and affordable manner. The interviews and research she does is immense hence her being calm because she has already done the groundwork and confidently reassure all her clients that they are in the best possible hands.

Intelligent and excellent
we have been a client fir a log time and always have excellent handling and advise. Lately we referred a case to Vyman late but they handled it very intelligently and got us a good result.
