WOW! This firm are definitely in a different league to the rest! After our first experience with a different firm for our previous house purchase we were extremely hesitant when choosing who to use for our house purchase this time…..but WOW! The service the whole firm deliver is phenomenal but special thanks to Hannah Rafferty-Rowe, Teresa, Heidi and Carrie! Nothing is too much trouble for them and the communication from everyone was OUTSTANDING! They gave us updates even if there wasn’t really any new information but during a stressful process just knowing they have chased up on searches or checked in with buyers solicitors gives you such peace of mind and as soon as they did have an update we were informed immediately. A stand out to these guys as well when we did call up, no matter who answered the phone, they all know what is going on so you don’t have to explain everything which makes a huge difference when you’re making calls to everyone to check in/ give updates. We started the process just before the stamp duty increase and despite the pressure they would’ve had from all their clients, their service was faultless throughout. I will be recommending Bramsdon and Childs to anyone looking for a solicitor as these guys have been brilliant! 10/10 and THANK YOU!

As an estate agent I deal with the good, the bad and the ugly in terms of conveyancing solicitors but Hannah Rafferty is in a category of her own. Superb! I recommend her regularly and she is yet to have anyone unhappy with her services and her communicative approach is unlike that of many other solicitors - she often comes to me to with updates. She also did my own sale and purchase last year which of course, flew through… Megan, her paralegal, is a close 2nd in terms of sales person you want acting on your file! Carrie, Theresa & Cherry in the office are all lovely to deal with too…

Excellent service from start to finish. The whole remortgage process was handled far quicker and more smoothly than I expected. Heidi was especially brilliant throughout, always helpful, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Everything moved at lightning speed without ever feeling rushed or confusing. A genuinely stress-free experience, which is rare when dealing with property matters. Highly recommended if you want efficient solicitors who actually keep things moving.
