During the whole length of the claim process James kept us (the family) all very up to date and clear about who, what, when and where everything was happening. From personal experience I know the defendant (Ministry of Defence) is not the easiest establishment to deal with, with most responses being very lengthy. From a simple phone call it was clearly evident from day one that GA Solicitors were categorically the right company to deal with our case. The final outcome, whilst lengthy, was a very welcome conclusion for the rest of the family and made everything illness that our father endured a little more palatable if not fully acceptable. Luckily nowadays Health and Safety is one of the key factors why everyone working in dangerous environments remains healthy throughout their working lives and into their retirement.

From the outset of my first contact with James the feedback received was influencial in my decision to proceed via James and GA with my claim. I was always kept updated with the progress of my claim even though I found the progression process very frustrating at times. This due to inaction and what I considered to be a very unprofessional approch by the Insurers. The claim was eventualy settled to my satisfaction with advice received from James a major factor.

Just when it is the last thing you want to be doing... you find that you really need a solicitor to cope with the aftermath of a mesothelioma related death. This, sadly, was the circumstance we found ourselves in on behalf of our step-father. We were lucky to find GA Solicitors and in particular James Walsh who personally handled this claim. Throughout several meetings, phone calls and correspondence, James was always courteous, sympathetic and extremely efficient. We were very pleased with the result and we would unhesitatingly recommend his services.
