Brilliant and Efficient Services
An excellent service provided by Benem Osmankan at RFB and I would definitely recommend their services. Benem demonstrated such hard work and was extremely knowledgeable of all legal aspects. Benem clearly explained everything and was quick to respond to queries, which enabled a smooth and very stress-free house purchase before Christmas. I would like to express my thanks once again.

Thoroughly impressed
I think conveyancers often get a bad reputation for being unresponsive and slow but this really was the opposite of my experience with Benem. From start to finish she provided expert advice and i felt she genuinely had my best interests at heart. Was quick to respond to emails/calls and made the right judgement calls at the right time throughout the process. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

One of the best
As a full time investor, i can safely say that Benem is one of the best solicitors I have come across in my career. Very diligent, available on the phone and a skilled practitioner.
In my last sale we encountered a lot of problems from the other side. Benem made the whole experience comfortable, she kept control of the sale and protected my interests correctly by positioning me well at all times. This resulted in a successful sale under some challenging ciricumstances, which is exactly what the role requires.
Very grateful to be working with Benem, I wouldnt go anywhere else now to be honest.

Absolutely amazing service
Benem acts on my behalf for residential conveyancing for a new purchase. She is absolutely amazing to work with, super professional, transparent, proactive, approachable, friendly, and on top of all the complicities especially with HTB. There has been endless rounds of delays, extensions, and (unreasonable) revision requirements from different stakeholders such as HTB, the developer, and the mortgage provider, but Benem meticulously went through them every time to ensure all the requirements are met and no delays in the completion. The deadline was really tight - without her tremendous help it could never be completed.

Fantastic service!
