Brilliant lawyer

Safiyah is a fantastic solicitor and it was an absolute pleasure working with her on my first property transaction. She keeps in regular contact with her clients and is always on hand to answer any queries whether by phone or email. Her diligence and professionalism made the entire process such a breeze (at least on my part; can't say it was the same for her, given that the seller and his solicitors were trying to be difficult...!). I appreciate all her help and absolutely would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a conveyancing solicitor.

Thank you to Maria and her team at RFB. Maria was fantastic throughout the process. She was approachable and readily available to answer any queries I had by email or phone as quickly as practicable; if any swift action was required she was straight on to the scene to have my corner on every occasion; no query I asked felt too small or trivial and Maria was reassuring with clear advice at every stage. Great team work

Leigh Robins and Chris O'Callaghan have recently helped me complete my property sale on schedule, a demanding completion timetable notwithstanding. In my career, I have been instructing law firms across different practice areas for the last 14 years.

Leigh and Chris were a real pleasure to work with and showed impressive teamwork. While Chris performed a mostly supervisory role and only stepped in at key junctures in the transaction, Leigh took on a hands-on approach and drove the matter forward. The delegation allowed to keep the costs down while giving great exposure to Leigh.

They both have a client-friendly communication style, practical matter management approach and are able to listen to their clients and proactively respond to transaction demands.

I would use both of them again.

An excellent service provided by Benem Osmankan at RFB and I would definitely recommend their services. Benem demonstrated such hard work and was extremely knowledgeable of all legal aspects. I think conveyancers often get a bad reputation for being unresponsive and slow but this really was the opposite of my experience with Benem. From start to finish she provided expert advice and i felt she genuinely had my best interests at heart. Was quick to respond to emails/calls and made the right judgement calls at the right time throughout the process. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Unbelievable Service

We worked with Ronald Fletcher Baker recently on a sale for our client, but more specifically with Leigh. Throughout the transaction, although we encountered many obstacles, she was nothing but brilliant in finding solutions. The service was top drawer, and feel I couldn't of had anyone better working on the job - she was a pleasure to work with. She was always on hand to discuss the matter and help with solutions and I cannot thank her enough.

A big thank you to Rudi, Ben and Faiza. They ended an 8-year nightmare with an amazing result. They turned a very, very complex case into an incredible file and prepared it in the clearest way that the judges could understand. The barristers they work with are also amazing.
