I very rarely give reviews, but feel the need to thank Sanah for her support and service we’ve received. The Property Litigation Team at Ronald Fletcher Baker handled a sensitive case on my behalf in a highly professional and timely manner. The case related to a landlord and tenant dispute (in which I was the landlord). The case was not straightforward and they adopted a collaborative approach.

The team left it to the last week before my mortgage offer expired to try and get a completion sorted after I had chased Tom for several months warning of this to happen. Was in that stage also passed on to two colleagues, one a trainee who wasn’t able to update me before talking to a superior, and a partner, Samantha, who only realised the day of the set exchange that she didn’t check the seller had submitted all docs and we can’t actually exchange. Didn’t even acknowledge that and only told me in the afternoon of the planned exchange day that there is an issue and then left for the day. Absolutely not sure what I paid more than £2k for.
