Tara assisted us with two ongoing sales — one where we were acting for the buyer, and the other for the vendor. Both were genuinely difficult transactions, but Tara was excellent throughout: she kept us constantly updated, proactively chased all parties involved, and got both sales over the line despite the challenges.
