I had a vanilla family visa case. Instead of the estimated 4 weeks, it took me 7 months to get it. Sandeep & Evellyn at Reiss Edwards did nothing to help, they actually gave me poor (and sometimes factually incorrect) advice at every step along the way. In the end, I literally hired another firm for advice and only through their recommendations I was able to resolve my case. So hiring Reiss Edwards caused enormous emotional distress and I had to pay tens of thousands in additional rent in my country of origin. If I hadn't hired the other firm, I believe Sandeep would still be telling me to "either wait or sue the government". So I can't recommend enough *not to* hire Reiss Edwards.

Ada and Jonathan were both incredible. They gave me comprehensive advice throughout the process. I have used Reiss Edwards multiple times in 6+ years for a variety of services and they are my go to law firm

My advisor was Ms Ilsa Nazish, I made a visa application for my mother who was the victim of a scam and due to that she got a 10 year ban. Apart from mistakes in the letter for the visa made my Ms Ilsa where it was saying that my mother will return to her Home country in Thailand (my mother is from Romania) and other mistakes here and there, I still went with them. The application was refused and they did not seem to look deeper into anything. They did not advise me to get a police report for the scam or request her SAR to see what fradulent documents were submitted in her name when the scam happened. It seemed to me that they lacked interest. After the refusal letter she just said that there is nothing she can do, even though there were inconsistencies in the Home Office reply. I didn`t give 1 star because the application was refused, I gave it because it seems like she was not willing to actually try to solve the problem, she just followed the same steps as for any application when this one required to dig a little deeper than your standard, complete this files-send-get answer.

10/10 forever grateful with the help in managing our family visa application. A very stressful process made easy and SUCCESSFUL!!!
