Amazing service
I was previously working with a different firm for my immigration application who messed up my application and it was rejected. Reiss Edwards was the only firm I spoke to that knew how to help me out and appealed the decision which was successful. They responded quickly and always answered my questions timely. Very happy with the service received and I’m so glad my application was successful in the end.

A bunch of charlatans !!!!!
They have ruined the most simplest case they could ever have!!!!
simply because they didn't bother themselves to check my documents once, before submitting them!!! they had no clue about requirements and Home office has rejected me, JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB RIGHT!!! I have spent almost £6,000 and ended up rejected, JUST BECAUSE OF THEM!!
I will never forgive them.
Zarish/ Sandeep/ Joe/ Ben/ and many more unethical, unprofessional random people were involved in this process (they were passing me around to different people after rejection as they were surprised and didn't know how to react, they didn't see that coming/ Hahaha, I just remember when I called their office a day after rejection, my original case worker actually told me that I have been asked to not to talk to you anymore!!
honestly, if any of you are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself, people like you are killing humanity just because of ££££!! Wish someday you all have enough money that you wouldn't hurt other people's soul and mind because of money!! and own up to your mistake, and at least say that you are sorry!!!

incompetence
Their incompetence in adhering to crucial deadlines is alarming and unacceptable. It is disheartening that the customer has to remind them about important correspondence from the Home Office constantly. Instead of taking ownership of their mistakes, they prefer to shift blame onto the Home Office. This lack of organization in managing their portfolio of customers inevitably leads to crucial deadlines being forgotten and errors occurring.
The irony is striking regarding this Law firm and its employees, such as (Zarish & Ben). Despite being assigned a hearing date by the immigration tribunal, they dared to ask if the tribunal had indeed provided a hearing date just days before the hearing itself. It is beyond ridiculous. Furthermore, they even neglected to book a barrister for the hearing.
Adding insult to injury, the Home Office sent an essential bundle of documents to both my address and Reiss Edwards. However, they misplaced the bundle and tried to shift the blame onto the Home Office. In the midst of it all, Zarish dared to insist that the Home Office should have thoroughly reviewed the bundle. How can the Home Office review it if they fail to send it on time to the tribunal?
Astonishingly, this supposedly professional law firm still needs to have a proper complaints structure in place. In light of these appalling experiences, I have initiated a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman. These so-called legal firms need to understand the immense effort people put into earning their money. They must also learn that providing subpar service and demanding exorbitant fees will not go unchallenged.
I strongly advise against engaging the services of this legal firm. Unless you are prepared to tolerate subpar service despite paying a significant sum of money, look elsewhere for legal representation.

Horrible
Worst experience ever ! Avoid please save money and time ! I don’t even know how to start and explain how bad my experience with this company was ! Several solicitors from this company were involved with my husband case so I can say not one but mostly of the people working in this company are totally careless , not professional at all , they don’t even answer the phone and you get a reply to the emails after weeks ! My husband and I spent around 5000£ and from day one we started with them they made huge mistakes in our application and the guidance and advice received from them was horrible ! I made a complain and the management response was not only a lie but an offence to me and my husband as they wouldn’t take responsibility for their mistakes and they blamed me for not choosing the most appropriate option to proceed in our case . Well after seeing the response from management I sent a letter back including all the proof and documents for them to see that they were wrong but they don’t even have the decency to reply ! These people are not solicitors , they don’t care at all about people , they just care about the money , they don’t bother to reply to your queries . I had so much stress because of them and all the money and time lost . I will not rest until I seek justice and make them pay for their mistakes , because of them we lost the case , they don’t deserve to be called solicitors , I don’t know where the good reviews come from but my experience with them was !
