Felt supported throughout a stressful case

I was able to access Thompsons Solicitors help thanks to my trade union membership. Since day one and for almost a couple of years, their legal services and advice have been top-notch. My lawyer, Charlotte Moore, has been extremely professional and supportive. Although it was a very stressful situation, I always felt reassured by Charlotte’s knowledge and experience and I was confident that she would achieve a positive outcome to my case.

Excellent and Professional service by Thompsons

Ann-Marie (London office) and Joanne(Oxford office) were both very, professional, approachable and helpful. They responded to my queries in a timely manner and patiently guided me through the process, which has resulted in a good settlement for me. Everyone I had contact with at Thompson's were polite, professional and friendly. It has been a difficult few years after sustaining my injury, but the empathy and support I received from Thompsons helped make things easier. I thouroughly recommend their service.
