Not once did we feel we didn’t know where we were in the process, Jack kept us updated regularly and done everything he could to get us moved quickly. Couldn’t recommend Jack enough if you are either buying or selling.

Started our journey to sell in November 2025 finally completed in August ‘26 after a previous chain had collapsed in June. Emma has been central to our success giving us cool and assured professional advice instilling a calmness and reducing anxiety when the previous chain collapsed.Cynics might argue that it was in her interest to promote a continuance but Emma exuded genuine empathy; always available to steady our nerves and contribute logic, realism and knowledge of the process to our decisions.
