Louise very kindly helped me with the basics of my query to help me understand whether it was worth making a claim without charging me a fee. I really appreciated the time she took to help me with some basic questions that most other firms wouldn’t help with without charging an extortionate fee. Last November I had applied for ILR for my 8 year old son. His dad and I had just separated and due to his dad not having settlement, my son's application was denied. Joby was recommended to me by my work colleague, who he had represented. He started working with me straight away, replying to Home Office. He kept me in the loop ever step of the way. When one application was denied, he sought of other route that was available to apply through. Eventually, in March of 2025, my son was granted a 3 year extension visa. Despite how stressful the situation had gotten, Joby supported me through out the process. He provided me with options and possibly outcomes. That allowed me to trust the process. Many thanks for a that you have done for me and my family. I recommend Joby to anyone who requires an honest immigration solicitor.
