DO NOT use this company! I instructed Taylor Rose after being recommended to them by my estate agent. My case was assigned to Taylor Jaggard. I was only provided with updates when I repeatedly chased them for information, and any response I did get was abrupt and uninformative. What should have been a straightforward sale and purchase took much longer than it needed, due to several administrative errors and lack of experience. They do not prioritise the needs of their clients. There are too many additional costs. One of which is £75 for an amended mortgage offer (in my case this was an improved interest rate, my broker saving me money, for my solicitor to charge me more!) They also charge £175 per transaction if you exchange and complete within 10 days, this is charged as an ‘expedited completion’ An absolutely, unnecessary additional cost.
