Property sale
From the outset it was made clear that the sale had to be achieved within a particular time frame. This was clearly acknowledged and was clearly communicated to the purchaser's solicitors who agreed to act with speed and diligence.
Various issues needed resolving and with both parties solicitors working together, communicating via email and phone then facilitated all involved achieving a most satisfactory outcome. Very appreciative of their conscientious work.

Sale of 58 Campden Crescent, Cleethorpes

Above and beyond
What set out to be the usual buy and sell case, quickly turned it a complex situation that seemed to show no end in sight. Despite the challenges, Gabrielle tackled every single obstacle head on.
More importantly, she ensured that she spoke to us in a positive tone and made us feel like the impossible was possible.
I cannot thank Gabrielle enough for her expertise, resilience and up beat personality.
Without Grabrielle, we wouldn’t have our dream home.

2nd Time using Gabrielle Reid
Outstanding, this is my second time using Gabrielle and both times she’s been amazing for purchasing houses and in this case selling a house too.
She’s always keeping me upto date with latest progress on both sides as soon as it happens and she’s always 2 or 3 steps ahead of everyone else in the case.
We incurred some annoyances along the way with people pulling out of the sale of my house leading to solicitor charges but Gabrielle really helped me in this case and despite this, she remained patient and professional and eventually we got the job done at a good speed.
It certainly won’t be the last time I will use Gabrielle, you’ll see my name pop up again in the future, until then, thank you for everything you have done and Ill certainly pass on your name and details to friends and family.
