My experience with Taylor Rose and particularly Chris Osborne was first class. Selling a house is never easy but their team lead me through it giving me good advice along the way. To anyone setting out to sell their home, make sure you gather everything you can regarding construction, electrical/ plumbing and double glazing in fact anything that needs a certificate no matter how long ago it was done, you will need to produce them for the buyer and if you have them it will save time and your nerves! The other parties lawyer asked so many questions but this was all managed by them without needing to get me dragged in and the exchange and completion happened within about 8 weeks.
