New build purchase
My partner and I were in the process of selling our flat to purchase a new build. It turned out to be a lengthy process, or at least lengthier than originally expected, due to some delays with the sale of the flat and related deed of variation (etc). Despite delays, there has been regular feedback and communication with our lawyer and this allowed us to be on top of things. Sarah has been appointed as our lawyer in the past month or so, and she has been very helpful, yet I wanted to personally thank Emma as she was the one who managed the case from the offset and we are very grateful for all her support. We would definitely recommend Lyons Bowe, especially to those whom plan to purchase new builds.

Developer of my new build recommended them
First impressions outstanding, onboarding and completion of initial forms all easily handled via their app. Once established, communications by email (telephone when urgent) rather than via app. Fee earner handling my purchase (new build) and sale (in a totally different part of the country) left during my transactions but handover to another colleague was seemless.

Outstanding Support!
