I've used Taylor Rose MW services to buy the property. My Solicitor Suhani Visana has played major role in the process of purchasing our property. Being the first time buyer, we had lots of queries and she managed to answers all the queries and guided us on each step to make sure we take right decision. Fantastic attentive professional experience

I cannot thank Daljinder, Isa and the team over at the Ealing Branch for handling our case so professionally. They were approacable and always on hand to answer any questions and responded so quickly to all queries. First class service! They handled our case quickly and efficiently and we recently got the keys to our new home. We're so pleased and I cannot thank the team enough. Such a smooth process the entire way through. We would highly recommend and use your services again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Extremely Disappointed with the Service from Michael Brazier – Taylor

While Taylor Rose may have a strong overall rating, your experience will depend entirely on who is assigned to your case. In my situation, I was assigned Mr. Michael Brazier, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing—especially as this was my first property purchase in the UK.

My initial interaction with Michael was promising. He assured me of weekly updates, prompt responses, and thorough handling of all paperwork. However, once the payment was made, his tone changed noticeably and the service quality began to decline rapidly. Sadly, none of his initial commitments were fulfilled.

Michael often came across as short-tempered and easily irritated. He took an extended leave of around two weeks without informing me, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of the transaction. During that time, I repeatedly heard from the seller’s side that they were ready to proceed but were waiting on Michael, who had not completed or submitted required paperwork.

There were multiple delays throughout the process—not due to any external obstacles, but because of his lack of initiative and poor follow-up. When key documents finally arrived, his approach was to forward them with a generic “Go through and let me know if you have questions.” He only ever raised the exact queries I explicitly asked for—there was no professional review, guidance, or value-add on his part.

To make things worse, basic errors—like incorrect names and addresses—were present in official documents he prepared. These mistakes reflect a complete lack of attention to detail.

When I asked for an escalation contact due to these ongoing issues, he refused to provide one and responded aggressively. I had to take the initiative to find out who his supervisor was and copy them into emails. Michael then began removing them from the email thread, insisting that escalation was unnecessary and that he was “working on it.”

It became clear that he was willing to skip crucial steps in the process if the buyer expressed urgency—raising serious concerns about how thoroughly documents were being reviewed or validated.

In summary, working with Michael was extremely frustrating. I had to rely heavily on Google, online forums, and my own research to push the deal forward—something I never expected from a legal professional handling a major financial transaction.

My advice: Be very cautious when choosing Taylor Rose, and especially if Michael Brazier is assigned to your case. Taylor Rose appears to use independent contractors, which means your experience can vary drastically. What should have been an exciting milestone quickly turned into an unnecessarily stressful ordeal.

Horrendous

Everything that was done was wrong, our solicitor Hannah Sadiq was awful and clearly didn’t know what she was doing, everything she sent us was wrong and had to be resent she even sent the incorrect TR1 form, we were charged an additional £500 due to a notice to complete fee, the reason we were delayed was because Hannah didn’t realise the amount we had paid as a deposit plus our mortgage covered the cost of the property and wasted 5 days asking for proof of funds that she didn’t need, after this she eventually called us to then say she didn’t need it. She also told us with my interest from a first home buyers ISA we would get a refund to then send us a bill of over £1000, we paid way over the price we were quoted on the original call and she couldn’t explain why, Hannah then advised she would have it looked into if the price could be brought down if we want to pay it now to speed up completion then they would look at a refund to which she never got back to me and ignored emails when I asked about this. Horrendous experience and it made it so difficult buying our first home

I had the pleasure of working with Margaret at Taylor Rose for the purchase of my first property, and I couldn't be more grateful for her support throughout the process. From the very beginning, Margaret was professional, responsive, and incredibly patient—taking the time to explain each step clearly and ensuring I felt informed and confident in every decision.

Her attention to detail and commitment to protecting my interests gave me real peace of mind, especially as a first-time buyer navigating unfamiliar territory. She handled everything efficiently and proactively, always staying on top of timelines and keeping me updated without ever needing to chase.

Thanks to Margaret, what could have been a stressful experience was made smooth and manageable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable solicitor. Thank you, Margaret!
