Recommended by estate agent. Took them 5 months to send me a copy of the lease. Wasted money on a surveyor after being recommended by conveyancer at TR. I can see the other peoples experiences are similar to mine. Adding additional costs. Lack of communication. Their in house complaints procedure just did not address my timeline. I noted issues with plan of flat, I noted issues with service charges, increase in ground rent noted by me. No immediate guidance, and noted their lack of advice. I would not recommend TR.

We’ve work with Callum for coming up 5/6 years, both on a personal and work relationship and the services we’ve received has been nothing but outstanding!! He’s a really friendly outgoing person and I can’t recommend him enough!
