Humzah Sherwani was knowledgeable and efficient and provided prompt replies right through the whole process. We would definitely use Taylor Rose MW again because they are well organised and use technology in a way that is easy to understand, All parties involved in the sale and purchase of a house are kept informed using their portal.

Really poor experience. Was made to feel like questions asked were an inconvenience.
Struggled to get clear answers in terms of where I was in the legal timelines of buying a flat which was particularly tricky as a first time buyer.
Was made to feel various things I wanted to check were just standard and not to worry about it. One particular example where this ended up costing me an extra £1.5k after purchase went through.
I wouldn’t recommend for a first time buyer. Service is likely better when they are supporting on higher value homes

Teaghan dealt with the conveyancing for the purchase of my first home. Teaghan was very approachable and easy to contact both by email and phone. Emails were replied to promptly and explained clearly. The whole process was smooth and I was regularly updated.

Our experience was nothing but positive. We had 2 houses to sell and one to buy and a complicated chain. Our solicitors were efficient, hardworking and understanding. They really added a human caring touch with genuine concern not just for the legal process but the life event we were experiencing. They were the linchpin that kept the chains together and carried the whole process while dealing with much less efficient and productive solicitors. We firmly believe that without their involvement our chain would have broken down and we wouldn’t have moved. They were friendly, approachable and just absolutely amazing. We are so grateful for the everything they did for us and highly recommend them.

Lauren and the team at Taylor Rose were outstanding throughout the house sale and purchase process. Everything was completed on time, to the point we were always waiting for the other solicitors in the chain to complete their parts. They kept me updated at all times and always answered my questions as soon as I could. I had a tricky house sale with quite a long chain and they navigated all the difficult moments through the process to ensure we completed on time. The cost I feel was value for money as well.

She was excellent - she ensured that we were always two steps ahead of the game, responded to the buyers queries within 48 hours, (even sometimes less than 24 hours) and was always responsive via phone to ensure that any issues were dealt with quickly. Excellent service from Ahmed and the team, swift and prompt reliance to me requesting a quick purchase of a property. The searches and everything came back quite quick despite us all expecting them to take longer. Unfortunately the sale fell through on my end.
