Dishonest invoicing, hidden fees, poor communication.

This firm were recommended to us via our builder, however we found them below average at best.
Communication was never great, our conveyancer apparently never at her desk or always in meetings(?)
She failed to draft our invoice correctly, adding hidden fees for services never received & intentionally not including ERC from our lender even though they were aware of it (then lying about not knowing about it until the day after we completed despite us having evidence stating differently)
Their internal complaints process was also poor. Zero accountability.
