Started our journey to sell in November 2025 finally completed in August ‘26 after a previous chain had collapsed in June. Emma has been central to our success giving us cool and assured professional advice instilling a calmness and reducing anxiety when the previous chain collapsed.Cynics might argue that it was in her interest to promote a continuance but Emma exuded genuine empathy; always available to steady our nerves and contribute logic, realism and knowledge of the process to our decisions.
