Lauren has recently provided an excellent conveyancing service for me and has been friendly, helpful and efficient and responsive throughout. I had been slightly hesitant to use a remote service but the system worked well and I found Lauren easier to be in direct contact with than when I have previously used a local branch of solicitors. She was very aware of the situation surrounding the transaction and I felt I was being dealt with very much as an individual which I really appreciated. Highly recommended.

Our solicitor was Narin Nesari and she was handling both the sale of my property and the onward purchase of our new house. Narin was so organised, knowledgeable and helpful - she supported us every step of the way. She was literally the dream solicitor with the service she offered us. The person we were buying from was rather temperamental at times but Narin kept us calm and handled their solicitor with great professionalism. She kept in touch with us regularly and answered all our Qs, no matter how small or trivial. It was touch and go towards the end as we weren’t sure if exchange would go ahead as planned but Narin kept everything on track and we were lucky enough to exchange and then complete the same week. We would gladly recommend her to others who are looking for a conveyancing solicitor. 5 stars from us! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (A HUGE thanks to you Narin, you are a credit to your firm!).

As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Even when there wasn’t an update, she always kept in touch so we knew exactly where things stood, which gave us real peace of mind. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. She was incredibly efficient, proactive, and always chased things up when needed to keep everything moving. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt supported throughout the process. We can’t thank her enough for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Molly Chaloner handled my remortgage application, and I must say she was excellent. She provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. She kept me updated at every stage of the application and patiently explained what documents were required from me. When I called, she was helpful, friendly, and took the time to explain the mistake I have made in one of the documents I submitted. Most importantly, she ensured that everything was ready for completion more than a week before the scheduled completion date. Her professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication made the whole remortgage process smooth and stress-free. I am very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her.

We would like to thank Katy and the team for helping us complete our property purchase this week. They worked hard to get everything over the line before our mortgage offer expired, and after an 8-month process we're happy to have finally completed. The reason for 3 stars is that the final legal fees ended up being around double the original estimate, and we were also asked to pay an additional £100 for an updated document. We also found ourselves having to do some chasing and running around regarding the seller, who was also using Taylor Rose. Despite that thank you again to Katy and the team for getting it completed in time.

Excellent Service. Smooth and seamless!!!....In particular I was dealt with a lovely young lady called Merridith Gray. She communicated right throughout the case, and on final completion she kindly called me to finalise and close the remortgage. In my opinion a phone call and good communication is key to showing care and attention to the client. Merridith showed total professionalism and excellent work ethic on my case. Well done!!!
