Worst experience

This was one of the worst experience. It started with assigning me and my sellers same solicitor. It was changed later which I got to know through some document sent by agent, but never got any communication from Taylor Rose and also wasted a month of time. Each time getting response from solicitor required at least 2-3 weeks of follow up and they were not clear in their approach. Even the information of contract exchange postponement was received from agent and not solicitor. Towards the end I got bills almost twice the quoted price. On asking for details they handed a client care letter detailing the charges which should have been a part of quote. I feel like cheated. I was expecting a more transparent quote before starting the process. They are forcing services without communicating about it and then billing it when client cannot back off. I will never recommend them.

Excellent service throughout

I needed assistance of a solicitor, after being involved in an accident. I went onto the law society website to look for an accredited solicitor in personal injury. Having never been in this position before, I had a lot of questions about this unknown territory.
Caroline Kempster, a partner at Taylor Rose, called me and dispelled any queries I had. Caroline has guided me through every step of the way. We mainly communicated via email, which was excellent. She was only a phone call away, if I needed to speak to her personally. Caroline did make the process so much more manageable and easy to understand. Always professional and personable, I would highly recommend her services at Taylor Rose.

If you want an excellent solicitor chose Kara Bennesch.

We have dealt with Kara twice over the past 2 years whilst selling our property. She was very professional, always available to help answer our queries and made the process of selling our home as easy as she could.
We would not hesitate to use her services again and would recommend her highly.

Above and beyond

Moving house is a very stressful business and we came up against a fair few hurdles, as is to be expected.

Teaghan has always been helpful, switched-on and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure that we understood the process at each and every step and taking on any tasks that she could mitigate for us.

There were a number of delays caused by the solicitors acting on behalf of the other parties and the housing association with a share in the property being sold by us. This meant that the exchange took place less than 24 hours before completion! It was nerve inducing, but we knew that throughout the process Teaghan was always one step ahead of everyone else.

We highly recommend her services. Always polite, personable and positive. We’re very grateful and now adjusting to life in a suitably sized home for our growing family. Thank you :)

Great service

Shelley Touir dealt with our sale and purchase and was really competent and professional throughout.

It wasn't an easy transaction as we had cladding issues to deal with on our flat sale and our seller was very slow to respond with enquiries but Shelley was great in keeping us updated every step of the way.

Simply replying to emails and being available via phone sounds simple but I've had solicitors in the past who don't do this and it's extremely frustrating, Shelley doesn't fall onto that category though and I'd highly recommend her.

Excellent service by Taylor Rose Solicitors.

The employment law department provided an outstanding service in handling my employment claim.

From the very beginning, the Taylor Rose employment law team was not only efficient but also incredibly supportive. Their expertise and attention to detail made a challenging situation much more manageable, and I always felt confident knowing my case was in such capable hands.

I truly appreciate the clear communication throughout the process, which kept me informed and reassured. Your dedication to achieving a positive outcome did not go unnoticed, and I am immensely grateful for your hard work.

A special thank you once again to Louisa Copsey for your excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor Rose Solicitors to others in need of legal assistance.

We have consulted Usman on several issues related to a flat we purchased in 2023 and subsequent lawsuit with the contractors who did some renovation work. We did not engage Taylor Rose for representation, but used them as a resource for navigating the small claims process and to gain insight into our rights as homeowners. Throughout our interactions with Usman he has been extremely helpful, providing excellent communication, clear guidance and advice, and sometimes just letting us vent about the stressful situation. He is always well prepared and friendly, and explains his recommendations so we never feel like we're asking stupid questions. Based on our experience and Usman's support, I highly recommend giving Taylor Rose a call to see if their expertise can help with your legal advice needs.
