Lauren and the team at Taylor Rose were outstanding throughout the house sale and purchase process. Everything was completed on time, to the point we were always waiting for the other solicitors in the chain to complete their parts. They kept me updated at all times and always answered my questions as soon as I could. I had a tricky house sale with quite a long chain and they navigated all the difficult moments through the process to ensure we completed on time. The cost I feel was value for money as well.

She was excellent - she ensured that we were always two steps ahead of the game, responded to the buyers queries within 48 hours, (even sometimes less than 24 hours) and was always responsive via phone to ensure that any issues were dealt with quickly. Teaghan has been absolutely superb with supporting through a house purchase. Teaghan helped us with purchasing our property and ensured the attention to detail to make sure everything is in order and avoiding any issues.

In fact, Teaghan's attention to detail helped us to ensure we didn't purchase a property which had a series of legal issues and worked to ensure all issues were resolved.

Working with Teaghan really did help us feel that we were in safe hands, and make sure that all the issues which occur during a conveyance process were tackled with the utmost professionalism. Teaghan also went above and beyond to speed up the process.

AVOID BEING LET DOWN LAST MINUTE

Worst law firm ever. AVOID USING SERVICES unless you want to be let down last minute and loose the mortgage on your property because they can't fo job properly.
Now I have to start all over again due to solicitors incompetence. Funny enough they expect me to pay fees, which aren't cheap for SERVICES I DIDN'T RECEIVE.
Tried to call, no one ever answers and when they, they tell you to stop ringing.
6 months later I have to start again with the stress again.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMUNICATION GOES ONE WAY, BARELY REPLY. SCAM. LIARS.
They only started my files week before mortgage offer runs out 🙄. Contacted complaint team. Still waiting 🙄

From start to completion, Charlee was organised and efficient, always quick to respond and helpful with stepping us through the complicated process. This will likely be one of the easiest reviews I make, and write.

Maria at Taylor Rose was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of my house purchase. From start to finish, she was supportive, patient, and incredibly personable, but moreso, always there to guide me when I needed reassurance or clarity.

What really stood out was her calm, caring approach and her ability to communicate in a way that made the complex feel manageable. She truly went above and beyond, and I felt in safe, experienced hands every step of the way.

Taylor Rose were recommended to me, and now I have no hesitation in passing that recommendation on. If you're buying or selling a property, you can trust that with Maria and the team, you're in genuinely capable and compassionate hands.

I don't plan on buying or selling another house anytime soon, but if I do, Maria is on speed dial!
