Sarah Fitz-Gibbon was very helpful and reassuring during the entire conveyancing process and always replied promptly to the many queries I had, some of them probably a bit petty and unnecessary lol, but I was very nervous and hesitant at the start as I kept thinking I may have rushed into things, having had an offer accepted on only the second house I viewed. As my prospective new abode was in a private unadopted/unmade road, Sarah conducted thorough land/highway searches which took a few weeks, and initially, after getting a bit nervous while waiting for the results, understand now that they were absolutely necessary, and in addition to this, she managed to even get the seller to pay fees for indemnity and road maintenance, probably saving me a few hundred pounds. So considering there was a fair bit of extra work for Sarah to do during my specific case, ie seller unable to answer some points put to them and some waiting for responses from seller's solicitor, I was still able to relocate to my new property within a good time frame from when instructing after my offer was accepted. So very happy overall, especially now I have been moved for 3 weeks and getting settled in. Thank you Sarah and Taylor Rose :)

She is absolutely exceptional, thorough - checking on every possible area of concern and digging for answers when they weren’t always clear or forthcoming; efficient - consolidating all the information we needed and highlighting what was particularly important; and quick to respond - often within minutes of asking a question if have an answer.
