Our overall experience with Hedley’s and in particular Lisa Copeland was first class. All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Lisa managed to get both our completion dates on the same day which we were very pleased with because at one point that just didn’t seem possible.
We would have no hesitation to use Hedley’s solicitor’s in the future and would recommend them to all our family and friends.

Flat sale
Dealt with sale of flat. Communication was a little difficult at times. Impossible to contact by telephone, everything via email. However, emails were responded to quickly. There were some issues with the leasehold which were not picked up on until quite far on in the sale.

The job got done.
'Quick sale' no chain, nobody living there and unfurnished house took around 4+ months to move in before completion.
There were a few miscommunications, where I would be calling days on end and always get promised a call back (due to not being updated and not knowing where I stood some of the time).
Originally got told I'd have to drive all the way to Sunderland to verify ID, finally got told I could get a verified person to confirm it and send the email to Hedleys.
Emails are the way to go. Responses were more efficient that way.
Pricing was good.
The job got done fast towards the end, along with responses being good (opposed to the first few months) which was refreshing :)
