    Contentious probate

    I contacted Taylor Rose last year having found myself dealing with a contentious probate issue and was referred to Jack Bristowe in the probate team. Jack was extremely helpful and professional at all times and helped me to navigate a satisfactory conclusion to the problem. Any questions I had were always answered within 24 hours and I was always kept up to date with the ongoing case. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jack or Taylor Rose in the future.

    A weight off our minds

    Following a very difficult time personally due to family circumstances, we required legal advice and support. Jack was extremely understanding and approached sensitive but necessary matters with great tact. He managed our expectation exceptionally well and was on hand to explain terminology and processes we did not fully understand. The outcome was much better than expected and we put this down to Jack and his ability to resolve things with our best interests as a priority. Having had a negative experience with other solicitors, I was reluctant but I found Jack to be extremely efficient keeping us updated at every stage of the process. I now know how solicitors should operate. During such a difficult time we cannot give enough thanks and praise to Jack for managing such an enourmous weight on our minds allowing us to concentrate on other matters that needed our attention.

    Recommend Jack Bristow and thank him for what he did for our family.

    Jack Bristow was really professional and gave my family and myself great help,support and advice in dealing with the Will of my late step father. Although the excutor of the will failed to comply with her duties and totally ignored any letters that were sent to her in the last 12 months, there was nothing really more Jack could do without taking her to court to have her removed as Excutor which would not be cost affective. As Jack did such a great job when he worked at Calthrops Solicitors in Spalding we only wanted Jack to carry on supporting us when he qualified as a Solicitor and moved to Ely to work for Ward Gethin Archer Solicitors. I therefore would recommend Jack Bristow to help any friends and family I have, in regards to any litigation matters. With Kind Regards David Ilett
