Excellent professional customer focused service
Tracey dealt with a probate conveyance and my subsequent conveyance in a professional and personable way, the process was as seamless as these things can be.Definitely would recommend.

Highly recommend
Tracey did an excellent job with my conveyancing. She patiently explained things to me and was always available to speak to or would call back promptly. Tracey was very efficient and I cannot think of one negative thing to say. Kerryanne also played an important and efficient part of the process. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience
This was the second time I used Barr Ellison for conveyancing. I came back to them because they were fantastic the first time, and they were great again. Tracey was approachable, proactive, and knowledgeable. She handled my very unresponsive buyers solicitors well, without her I don't think my sale and purchase would have gone through.

Highly recommended
Tracey went above and beyond with a non standard, or for that matter, straightforward case. Everything was handled with professional and diligent care. Emails always replied to promptly and very easy to contact via phone too. Without a doubt an expert in her field and would highly recommend.

Thank you for a fantastic job on a tough case
I am extremely grateful to Tracey and the Barr Ellison team for their excellent and hard work on my recent flat sale. It was a difficult case due to it having a tight deadline and the buyer's solicitor often being slow and unresponsive. Tracey and her team went above and beyond to make sure the transaction successfully completed, despite these difficult constraints. I would definitely recommend Tracey and Barr Ellison.

Conveyance
I was in the early stages of buying my home when my solicitor firm went out of business. I urgently needed a new solicitor to pick up where things had stopped and get the conveyance moving again. I called BE and spoke with Tracey Laflin, who understood the situation and said she could take over and keep us on schedule. She delivered on all fronts and got the completion done even sooner than expected. She was very competent, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I am very glad that I chose BE.

Fantastic service from true professionals
Tracey and team were fantastic. Diligent, thorough, attentive and communicative. Our house purchase had a number of conditions that Tracey had the experience and expertise to manage and ensure we weren't put at risk through the process.
