The team helped me when I was trying to buy a property. It was with a very difficult seller who's solicitors were unprofessional and used bullying tactics. My solicitor was available to talk to me on the phone when I needed clarification, she advised me and sought to resolve issues. Having used a different solicitor, I now see how thorough Osborne's were in their enquiries. They kept track of the case and chased up to keep things moving. Unfortunately the sale didn't work out, but I would 100% recommend this firm.

I had a positive experience with Osbornes for my property purchase. My solicitor Rachelle Lam was quick to respond to queries and kept me informed on progress throughout, which was very reassuring for me as a first time buyer. The estate agent handling the sale confirmed that she had acted quickly and we exchanged within 2.5 months. There were a couple of extra costs not included in the original quote, such as a LISA handling fee, and a few basic things needed correcting such as the spelling of my name. But overall I would definitely recommend Osbornes and would certainly consider using their conveyancing services in future.
