We found everyone who worked on our case lovely to work with but Bethany in particular was amazing. The process took longer than any of us expected but Bethany kept us up to date the whole time, we were never left wondering. Couldn’t recommend enough !

Lucy Bradley and Charles Ling carried out a Renewal of a Lease for one of our properties. Throughout our dealings they were professional, efficient and approachable giving clear advice at all times which made the whole experience very straight forward. The service and process of buying your first home.

Being first time buyers myself and my partner believed that this process would be difficult and every stage would feel stressful. However this was not the case, Peter made our lives easy and stress free through quick email reply’s and great communication skills. He was always a phone call away and would help us understand anything we didn’t know. We had a fantastic experience working with Peter as our conveyancer. He handled paper work and documentation efficiently (on time) and with great attention to detail. We felt confident and well-supported the entire way through. Currently trying to organise a remortgage of a property, so far this has taken over four months. Inaccurate information given leading to multiple delays and could have caused additional costs but luckily I kept questioning these and was eventually advised it wasn’t necessary. If you are looking for a prompt efficient company do not look here, I certainly won’t be using them again.

I sought legal advice from Harry Medway as I was selling a property which was rented out at the time. I found Harry very pushy and unprofessional, I did not sign a contract or pay any fees as I was not ready for work to commence, but he took it upon himself to carry out work and then charged me £750 plus VAT, I saw no paperwork to prove any work was carried out and as the company held my property funds once the sale went through, I was forced to pay the fees as I was unable to have my funds until this was agreed. This added more stress to an already stressful time. I would not recommend RFB.
