The conveyancer (Lucy) was professional, communicative and responsive to questions. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She always answered emails and telephone calls promptly. There was a small issue towards the end of the process. This was a failure to recognise funds had not been transferred as expected, but was resolved quickly.

Nothing was too much, and he always went out of his way to explain things in more depth if i didn't understand. Most importantly, Peter's communication is outstanding. Our buyer’s solicitors were unresponsive and demanding, however Emily was able to handle this difficult situation, address their demands and complete the deal. As an estate agent out of area, I had the pleasure of dealing with Anna on a recent purchase, exchanged today. I found Anna highly professional in her approach to the transaction and as I was selling the property, the updates she provided to me on each stage of her purchase were so much appreciated as I was able to keep my client in the loop at all times.
