The service and process of buying your first home.

Being first time buyers myself and my partner believed that this process would be difficult and every stage would feel stressful. However this was not the case, Peter made our lives easy and stress free through quick email reply’s and great communication skills. He was always a phone call away and would help us understand anything we didn’t know. We had a fantastic experience working with Peter as our conveyancer. He handled paper work and documentation efficiently (on time) and with great attention to detail. We felt confident and well-supported the entire way through. We highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free property transaction!

Handled move with speed and precision - communication was outstanding

We had a fantastic experience working with Emily during our recent house move. From start to finish, she was incredibly efficient, communicative, and proactive — exactly what we needed during a highly time sensitive situation owing to personal circumstances.

Currently trying to organise a remortgage of a property, so far this has taken over four months. Inaccurate information given leading to multiple delays and could have caused additional costs but luckily I kept questioning these and was eventually advised it wasn’t necessary. If you are looking for a prompt efficient company do not look here, I certainly won’t be using them again.

I sought legal advice from Harry Medway as I was selling a property which was rented out at the time. I found Harry very pushy and unprofessional, I did not sign a contract or pay any fees as I was not ready for work to commence, but he took it upon himself to carry out work and then charged me £750 plus VAT, I saw no paperwork to prove any work was carried out and as the company held my property funds once the sale went through, I was forced to pay the fees as I was unable to have my funds until this was agreed. This added more stress to an already stressful time. I would not recommend RFB.
