    Ben was a great help with a very complicated and complex neighbour dispute, he was very understanding, professional, very experienced and knowledgeable and was reassuring and supportive throughout the process and had a lot of time and patience.     I need to sell a flat with a short term lease which was proving to be a significant headache.     Great help getting lease extension

    I contacted Ben from RFB to get a lease extension where the freeholder was non responsive. Their expertise and advice was essential in forcing the issue through the statutory route which is not something I could have done myself. Communication and expectation setting was clear.
