Property purchase

A few months ago, we were recommended by our managing agents Smarts of Penryn, to instruct Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP to act for us, from their Exeter office, for the purchase of a property in Penryn.
We were fortunate to be assigned Anna Seifert-Craggs to see through this transaction. It went through on time, on budget and without any problems or delays. We were delighted that all responses were quick and to the point and were fielded by others in the RFB team when Anna was engaged with her other duties.
So, we now have a tenant already in residence, within the purchase timeframe estimated by Anna when we opened discussions. For a landlord it is difficult to see how this could be bettered.
We would without hesitation, recommend Ronald Fletcher Baker LLB to anyone requiring legal services or advice.

Great solicitor ever
It has been a great experience with RFB LLP, especially our solicitor Anna Seifert Craggs. Everyone we know told us to be patient with the long legal process of buying a property. Unexpectedly it took us only three months to get the keys, which would have been only two months if the seller did not have any mortgage problem. During the whole process, we relied on Anna. She is responsive, timely and swift in answering all of our questions. Have you ever communicated with your solicitor six times through email within one day? If you are looking for a solicitor / LLP, I would recommend Anna, an excellent solicitor from a leading law firm in the UK.
