I chose RFB for the simple reason they were on my lenders panel and close to my office. There is something incompatible between their email system and mine and I had to use my work email for all correspondence. 90% of the transaction was carried out using email with no drama although I did have to ask explicitly for service charge information. The only other minor point was they consistently spelt my name wrong, even on the TR1!

BEST SOLICITORS I HAVE EVER USED
I will use this solicitors again and again. Not the cheapest. But worth every penny they charge. They have just completed for me on a house buy. Unfortunately my sellers solicitor was the worse ever. But Mahnoor was exceptional in her knowledge and help. With regular updates. She solved every issue caused by the cheap solicitor used by the seller I bought from. I can’t thank them enough.
