Excellent conveyancing experience
I would highly recommend RFB. Emily was professional, friendly, pro-active and efficient. Our buyer’s solicitors were unresponsive and demanding, however Emily was able to handle this difficult situation, address their demands and complete the deal. When more advanced legal advice was needed she was able to refer to more experienced colleagues and resolve any issues. The overall experience was excellent. Thank you.

Excellent service; I would definitely use RFB again.
I will definitely be using Emily at RFB again if I need another solicitor. She guided us through the sale of one property and through the purchase of the next with great professionalism. She was friendly, courteous, reliable, efficient and did what she said she would do. She never made me feel that I was bothering her, or asking too many questions, and made me feel that we were working as a team.

Property purchase
Emily Maskrey was very efficient in both our abortive attempt at house purchase and also when we changed tack to purchasing a flat. Emily was readily available to speak to and answered queries within a short space of time. We never felt that we were left floundering and having Emily to hand made the sometimes anguished (!) experience of moving abode, easier knowing that we had her watching our backs ! We would thoroughly recommend this firm of solicitors.

Calm, helpful and tenacious lawyer for difficult property sale
This was my first property purchase and as a first-time-buyer I couldn't have wished for a better solicitor. Emily was very approachable, prompt and explained things very clearly throughout a process I was unfamiliar with. Several challenges cropped up during this sale and she was always on hand to navigate it, proposing solutions which resulted in a sale that could easily have fallen through due to actions of third parties. I'm hugely appreciative of Emily's professional and thorough approach, I would not have a home without her hard work!

Excellent service
Selling my flat was a fraught experience with two withdrawn offers and the third finally making it to the finish line. It also included a lease extension on the flat. Both Kate and Emily did a very good job of pushing this through despite issues with the freeholder keeping me up to date with progress and answering any and all queries that I had. Even when Kate left on maternity leave, Emily continued with the conveyancing to completion.
I will definitely use their service and would recommend them and RFB to anyone looking for a friendly and efficient solicitor firm.

Conveyancing for sale of Fathers house
By far the best Solicitors I have ever dealt with, extremely quick, excellent communication, attention to detail, reply to all points in emails, call you back when you ask, available on the phone, on-line system to track sale progress, went above and beyond expectations. From first contact with RFB to Completion in 3 weeks and 1 day! Admittedly a cash buyer and no chain, but that has to be a record?

First House purchase
I was recommended Harry through a friend after problems with a different solicitor at another firm and I wish I went to him at the start. As this was my first property I was very anxious after my past experience and was unsure of what needed to be done. Harry was very helpful through it all and was always quick to respond if I had any queries or needed help with any problems I faced, the service provided by him and Emily was excellent.
I would highly recommend RFB to everyone and I appreciate the work put in as I know my purchase wasn't straight forward.

First time house purchase
Harry exceeded all my expectations when helping me through the process of buying a house. He was excellent. He explained the process thoroughly step by step, putting my mind at ease and answering any questions or queries I had, making the experience much more enjoyable and a lot less stressful.
He provided me with regular updates and was always at the other end of the phone whenever I needed support or advice and for that I can’t thank him enough.
I’m very grateful for the effort and commitment from both Harry and Emily- they were with me every step of the way and I would seriously recommend their services to anyone going through this process in the future.
