A difficult task!
Bethany was very helpful throughout the selling and buying process. She made us aware of what was expected from us and a time frame in which we needed to complete it, keeping us updated as and when anything was happening.

Great communication & efficient
Bethany Bowring has been outstanding during our whole conveyancing process. She kept us well informed and was sympathetic towards our situation when there were delays up the chain. She did everything she could you push the process along and we had full confidence in her. We had also completed our side of the paperwork etc months before the chain. Smooth conveyancing
Bethany at RFB undertook the conveyancing for my property purchase. I was expecting the process to be far more stressful and needing to constantly chase up than it actually was. The whole process was completed quite quickly to what typical timescales are for conveyancing. For me, it was very handy to have solicitors local to me as I was able to sign and provide documents in person as it was walking distance to my workplace. This really speeded up the conveyancing process.
