Tom was incredible throughout my entire conveyancing process. I used his services for both my sale and an onward purchase. Tom was highly professional throughout both processes and managed my expectations on timings from the start. He is incredibly timely with his responses and also very thorough in his investigations. The service provided by his firm is outstanding, and when he had to leave the office for an emergency, we were provided with a stand-in solicitor (Saranya) who did an excellent job at keeping the pace, especially when the counter-party's side was painfully slow. Tom turned around my purchase exceptionally fast, but without foregoing on quality. It was quite a stressful situation with very tight time frames on my purchase, but Tom kept me updated and chased everyone up until everything was finalised. He continued to offer help and advice, even after completion. I was highly impressed with Tom and the wider team and would not hesitate to use him or this firm again.

Amazing service on our house purchase!
Tom J. was professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in his advice and support during a very lengthy house purchase. Tom was responsive and always respected our needs throughout the process. Others from the Ronald Fletcher team also stepped in at short notice to cover our file when needed so we were never left waiting. Highly recommended!

Tom Janda is an excellent Solicitor
An absolute gem of a solicitor in a world full of nightmare ones, Tom's service was exemplary and made my entire experience as little stress for me as possible, which I consider very important and worth every penny of his charge. I can't stress enough how much of an asset this guy is to RFB and he alone has made me want to always use him and this company in any further transactions of this type.
He's responsive to emails/calls, clear in his instructions, keeps you up to date, honest and informative about any opinions you might want on a matter, hard working, fast working, professional but still human and friendly. Very proactive and efficient.

OUR SAVIOUR!
Tom is very helpful, efficient and very pro-active. Our previous solicitor firm went into administration and from the day we contacted Tom and handed over our file he not only reviewed it the same day but he emailed us of the next steps! We then knew we were in safe hands. Honestly, his commitment in securing the purchase of our property is unmeasurable. We never had to chase him as Tom would always update us with the progress. We felt optimistic even when there was a possibility that we would lose our deposit and the purchase of the property. Tom is the first solicitor we have come across that is genuine, kind, honest, approachable and communicative and above all committed in providing an exceptional service to his clients. He is an absolute credit to his firm and we will be eternally grateful to him. Needless to say we will only be appointing him for future services. and have already recommended him to other people. Excellent
Tom quite literally saved the day when my exisiting solicitor and their firm went in to administration. Tom was able to pick up where they had left off with ease. Everything went smoothly. Tom was very communicative. Very helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. As a result i will be doing my other off plan property purchases via him going forward given the level of ease he has been able to provide with this, often, painful process. Needless to say, i can whole heartedly recommend Tom.

Professional, efficient and excellent service
Tom picked up our cases of completion after using another solicitor for exchange. He managed to complete the transaction in ONE week!! Tom is fast, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and handled a very difficult and stressful situation with ease and confidence. Not only did he take the job on at the last minute, but his maths and accounting as well as legal work has surpassed the combined effort of the 2 other solicitor firms involved. He was easily contactable, gave honest advice and acted wholly in our favour.
Absolutely brilliant service and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Tom Janda and RFB to anyone completing a property purchase. He will be my goto for any future property conveyancing going forward. Fantastic service!
